Chef David Welch began his career in the food industry over 20 years ago as a produce buyer at the renowned Bostonian foodie mecca, "Formaggio Kitchen." There, the Formaggio owners quickly noticed Chef's talents and decided to showcase them, thereby creating a BBQ division known as "Dave's Grill." Customers flocked to Formaggio to try David's original sauces and marinades. Subsequently, Chef Dave expanded into his private chef service to accommodate a growing demand of distinguished clients in their homes.

Chef Dave has been an exclusive caterer for various private, corporate, and academic institutions across Massachusetts. His prestigious list of clients includes Harvard University, MIT, professors of the above, celebrities, and even Hollywood movie productions that have been set in Boston. Chef Dave's philosophy and mission are to procure foods of the finest quality, transform them into tasteful and artful plates and serve them efficiently and smoothly.
